After graduating from university, he worked as a Sales/Sales Leader in the HVAC industry for 10 years. Then, he transitioned to a career consultant specializing in the Manufacturing Industry at JAC Recruitment Japan in 2018. He joined Persol Career to develop his extensive knowledge. Finally, he began his new journey at Ability Partners Consulting in 2024, focusing on the Manufacturing Industry.

Noriko Toriumi
After graduating from University, Noriko started her career in sales in the Real Estate industry in 2006. After that, she moved to US as an intern to learn about international culture and English.
