After graduating from the University of Auckland, he gained experience in sales and project management at a Japanese recruitment agency and service company. He later joined JAC International, the bilingual team of a major recruitment firm, where he specialized as a consultant in bridging IT and OT. During his time there, he received the Rookie Award and was recognized as a Top Achiever. In 2025, he joined Ability Partners Consulting Co., Ltd. to further deepen his expertise in this specialized domain.

Mizuki Kanazawa
After graduating from Tsuda University, she gained experience as an English teacher at a junior high school and high school. Seeking a career in the private sector, she worked on technical translation and interpretation at several major Japanese manufacturers. After going through childbirth and parental leave, she joined a boutique headhunting firm, supporting career transitions in the Consulting and Systems Integration (SI) industries.
